Applying Kinesiology Tape couldn't be simpler! Follow these 4 steps and your tape will last for days, with no irritation and easy removal.
DRY SKIN

Always stick directly to clean, dry skin. Moisturisers and creams will stop the tape from sticking.
CUT ROLL

No wastage here. Measure your strip and cut it down to size. Rounding the edges also stop the tape from catching on clothing.
APPLY TAPE

Be careful not to overstretch the tape - this causes friction and irritation. We recommend applying the tape with no stretch.
WAIT 30 MINS

The glue needs time to fully stick to the skin. Press down firmly after you've finished applying, then give it time.

Kinesiology Tape Explained

WILL IT STAY ON DURING SHOWERS/SWIMMING?

Our Kinesiology Tape can last up to 5 days, including when swimming and showering. However, the greatest effects are felt within the first 24 hours of wear. Apply the tape at least 30-60 mins before swimming or sweating for optimum adhesion.
IS THIS THE SAME TAPE THAT PHYSIOS USE?

Yes, our Kinesiology Tape is used by physios, sports therapists, chiropractors and sports teams all over the world. We are the official tape of Physios in Sport.
CAN I REUSE THE TAPE ONCE IT'S BEEN REMOVED?

Unfortunately, Kinesiology Tape is only designed for one time use.
DOES IT ACTUALLY REDUCE PAIN OR JUST SUPPORT?

Kinesiology Tape has been shown in some studies to reduce pain short-term (see Mostafavifar et al and Uzunkulaoğlu et al), however it comes down to your expectation and injury. It can also be used to provide support without restriction to joints.
HOW MUCH TAPE DO I NEED PER APPLICATION?

Our rolls come uncut so that you can get the perfect amount of tape every time. The amount you need depends on what you're taping - a shoulder will need more than your calf. Typically, strips are 20-30cm and you may use 1-2 per application.
