Precautions for Use：

1.Please make sure your computer has an available media player (such as VideoLAN VLC player), burning, or ripping software before using it.

2.If the USB port you are using can not provide enough power for this device through a single data cable, please use the attached USB power supply cord.

3.Data transfer speed is also affected by computer and system environment.

4.Setting area code according to different regions.

5.The dvd drive should be connected with USB port on laptop rather than connect with USB HUB. In addition, please connect the item with USB port behind of computer host if you use a desktop.

6.When ripping a DVD using an external drive, successful ripping is prevented if the DVD disc itself has copyright protection. This limitation originates from the disc itself, not the external drive.

Warm Tips:

1. Please hook up the device to the direct USB port on your computer. If you connect it to a USB hub or extension cords, it maybe cannot recognize the Driver or not read the CD/DVD.

2. The newly released Windows system has stopped using external DVD media player software. If your device system is Windows 10 or above, when DVD cannot be played normally, please install VLC media player to play DVD or CD.

3. The cable length of our CD drive is 9.4 inches, and the integrated USB cable is convenient for storage. If the cable is too short to use, you can consider buying a USB3.0 extension cable to increase the use distance.

4. This usb cd player cannot be connected directly to a car, but you can created diks with it and then play the disk created on car cd player.

Unable to read CD? --Please try following the steps below:

Check if the optical drive reads the CD?

1. CD disc not read:

Disc issue - The disc has scratches, try with another disc

Optical drive issue - Contact for after-sales service

2. The CD disc has been read but cannot be played

Try another player

3.If all of the above have been tried, please try Update driver programs or check system settings.

If none of the above steps can solve your problem, please contact for after-sales servicing.
