- Use Nytol Herbal Simply Sleep One A Night Tablets for a restful night’s sleep: Traditional herbal remedy with Valerian root extract. - Used for its sleep-inducing properties: Traditionally used for temporary relief of sleep disturbances to allow for a good night sleep - Based on natural active ingredients: Contains Valerian root extract which has calming effects based upon long-standing use as a traditional remedy - Convenient one tablet a night dose: Take one tablet 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime, which is used to help relieve sleeplessness.
Ingredients
Each film-coated tablet contains: Dry extract from Valerian Root (Valeriana Officinalis L.) 385mg (equivalent to 1.54 - 1.93g of Valerian Root), Extraction solvent: Ethanol 60% V/V
Directions
Adults and children aged 18 years and over: Take one tablet 30 minutes to an hour before bedtime. Swallow the tablet with water. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
