Every NRV240 includes a complete accessory kit to get you cleaning straight away. The box contains a 2m FloMax hose, stainless steel tube set with suction control, 300mm floor tool, crevice tool, dusting brush, TriTex filter and one genuine Hepa-Flo dust bag.

  • Yes. Every NRV240 is supplied with one genuine Numatic 604015 HepaFlo bag already fitted, so it's ready to use straight from the box.

  • The machine includes a 3-year manufacturer's protection against manufacturing defects. Parts are covered for 1 year. Normal wear, misuse and accidental damage are not covered.

  • The NRV240 has a 620W motor. All new Henry vacuums now use the same 620W motor. Higher wattage Henry models have not been manufactured for over six years.

  • No. The NRV240 is a dry-only vacuum and must not be used to pick up water or liquids. For wet pick-up, you'll need a dedicated wet & dry vacuum cleaner.

  • No. It uses genuine Numatic 604015 HepaFlo dust bags. A reusable cloth bag is also available separately if you prefer not to purchase disposable bags.
