Bulking Agent (Microcrystalline Cellulose), Psyllium Husk 10:1 Extract, Capsule Shell (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose), Anti-Caking Agents (Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide), Lactobacillus acidophilus

Directions

Take 2 capsules per day with a full glass of water.
