  • Firstly, please select the 4*6 inch size that corresponds to your shipping label. Secondly, please follow the steps to calibrate the paper: Press and hold FEED (red/green light), and when you hear a beep, release the feed.

  • Firstly, install the "Munbyn Label Converter" software on your computer and connect your printer to it. Next, download the label file in PDF format. Then, simply drag the folder containing the label into the specified file area.

  • A red light indicates that RealWriter 941 requires a calibration label. Press and hold FEED (red/green light), release the paper after hearing the beep, and the printer will automatically calibrate the label size in a cycle.

  • 1. Please make sure your labels are loaded correctly, with the tear-off side facing up.

    2. Make sure you are using the original Munbyn power adapter and power cord.

    3. Please print the self-test page.
