How to use: Use this Listerine mouthwash morning and evening after brushing or when directed by your dentist. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water, then pour 10ml (2 x 5ml teaspoonfuls) into a glass, rinse your mouth for 1 min, then spit out.

[PR-011737] Dipotassium Oxalate 1.4%, Other ingredients: Aqua, Sorbitol, Propylene Glycol, Phosphoric Acid, Aroma, Poloxamer 407, Sodium Benzoate, Sodium Methyl Cocoyl Taurate, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Sodium Fluoride, Sucralose, Sodium Saccharin. Contains Sodium Fluoride (220 ppm F¯).

Directions

Rinse mouth with 10-15ml of mouthwash for 30 seconds, then spit out.
