Ingredients

Absorbent Core: Viscose (made from trees), Surface Cover: Non-woven Fabric made from Polyethylene and Polyester, String: Polyester and Cotton, Wrapper: Cellophane (Certified Compostable), Box: paperboard

Directions

Insert the tampon by holding it by the base and sliding it into the vagina until the removal ring is outside the vagina. Remove the pad by pulling the removal ring.

Safety Warning

Use the correct absorbency level for your menstrual strength. Change the tampon every 4-8 hours or more frequently depending on your menstrual flow. Do not use tampons for more than 8 hours in a row. Tampons can increase the risk of Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS). If there are signs of fever, muscle pain or a general sick feeling while using tampons, remove the tampon immediately and seek medical help. Dispose of tampons in a toilet or in a closed bin after use.
