  • Make sure the detachable microphone is properly connected to the headset. The plug should be inserted into the appropriate jack to ensure a firm connection and avoid loosening or disconnection.(Microphone does not work with Switch)

  • Insert the Dongle into the device, do the following: Settings->Devices->Audio Devices->Set "PG4" as the default device for "Input Devices" and "Output Devices"->Adjust "Volume Control (Headphones)" as needed.

  • Not compatible with XBOX

  • If you have issues with dongle connection,

    1.Set the headset to "dongle mode" first, then triple-click the power button to hear the "Pairing" prompt.

    2.Plug the dongle into your device next, triple-click its small button to hear "Dongle connected".

  • 1.Set headset to "Bluetooth Mode", then triple-click the power button to hear "Pairing" prompt.

    2.Search again on your device to find available devices "PG4", allowing pairing to hear "Bluetooth connected"
