Premium quality iron with vitamin B12. Ultra Iron from Vitabiotics provides 14mg iron carefully balanced with vitamin B12, vitamin C and folic acid. Iron is an essential mineral for a number of functions in the body, but sometimes our diets are not well balanced and even drinking tea or coffee can inhibit iron absorption. Blood formation: Iron and vitamin B12 contribute to normal formation of red blood cells. Iron also contributes to normal formation of haemoglobin and normal oxygen transport in the body. Cell division: Iron, vitamin B12 and folic acid all have a role in the process of cell division. Iron absorption: Vitamin C increases iron absorption. It also contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of blood vessels. Reduction of tiredness and fatigue: Iron, vitamin B12 and vitamin C contribute to normal energy release and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Immune system: Iron, vitamin B12, vitamin C and folic acid contribute to normal immune system function.

Tablet Ingredients: Sustained Release Pellets: Non Pareil Seeds, Capsule Shell: Pharmaceutical Grade Gelatin [Halal Bovine Source], Anti-Caking Agent: Purified Talc, Ferrous Fumarate, Sucrose, Zinc Sulphate, Bulking Agent: Potato Starch, Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, Ethyl Cellulose, Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxine HCl), Copper Sulphate, Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin [Carrier: Dicalcium Phosphate]), Folic Acid (as Pteroylmonoglutamic Acid).

Directions

One tablet per day with your main meal. Swallow with water or a cold drink. Not to be chewed. Do not exceed the recommended intake. Ultra™ Chromium may be used for as long as required. A regular intake is recommended.
