Leg wound dressing

How to apply a adhesive wound dressing:
1. Clean and dry
Wash your hands and put on gloves before touching the wound or dressing. Then, clean and dry the wound and the surrounding skin.
2. Unwrap
Carefully remove the dressing from its packaging without touching the adhesive or wound pad. Hold the dressing by the protective strips with the pad side facing down.
3. Position
Peel back the strips, but don't remove them. Position the dressing over the wound so that the absorbent pad covers it completely.
4. Secure
Remove the remaining protective film and press down on the edges of the dressing to ensure it's secure. You can also wrap a bandage around the injured part to secure the dressing pad.
