Directions

STEP 1: Remove your shoe’s current insoles; replace with Advanced Relief insert, fabric side up. In the rare case that the insert needs to be trimmed, use the existing insole as a guide, tracing its outline on the bottom of the new insert. STEP 2: Put the insert marked Left and Right in the appropriate shoe. STEP 3: Place the heel cushion of the insert against the back of each shoe. STEP 4: We recommend replacing your Advanced Relief Insoles every 6-12 months or at the first signs of wear. These insoles are full length so it’s important that you remove the insoles that are currently in the shoe.
