Directions
Instructions for use: 1. Store the thermal beads in the fridge and use them as cooling pads. 2. Use it as a heating pad by heating it in the microwave. Test the heat after the specified time and, if necessary, heat another 5 seconds. 3. Attach the protective fleece to the breast pump and use it with the breast pump. 4. Wash the thermal beads thoroughly with soap and water before first use and after each use.
